Our first point of contact after the initial phone
call will be a face to face interview with you to
establish your exact requirements. Once you have made
the decision to let us take all the stress and
frustration out of your property search and purchase,
we ask you to pay a registration fee.
That is when the search starts for your perfect
property. Once we have a list of possible properties,
we view each one with your requirements and desires in
mind and compile a report with photographs. From
these, a short list will be drawn up for you to view
with us.
Once you have decided to enter into negotiations, we
do all the work for you until the property has been
secured for you at a price you are happy with.
We will obtain surveyor’s reports and instruct
solicitor’s etc… on your behalf. As soon as any
surveys and search results are available, we will
contact you immediately to discuss any points of
contention, agree the way forward and take these up
with the seller on your behalf, or just to reassure
you that everything is in order and the purchase is
progressing well.
